■営業日/ Business hours 月～金　9:00 am ～ 5:00 pm 土、日、祝日はお休み 土、日、祝日に頂いたご注文、お問い合わせは翌営業日より対応致します。 Monday through Friday ( Available in Japan time ) Closed on weekends and Japanese　National holidays. Orders and inquiries placed on weekends and Japanese National holidays will be handled by the following business days. ■返品について/ About returns 商品に欠陥がある場合を除き、返品には対応致しません。 尚、こちらの手違で、サイズ、色、アイテムが注文商品と違うものが送られてきた場合は対応させて頂きます。ハンドメイド作品ならではの個体差があることを事前にご理解いただいたうえで購入をお願い致します。 Basically, I do not accept returns. However, I will respond to the following cases: When I send you something that is different from what you ordered. Such as size, color etc.. If you have to return the item by these reasons, please make sure to contact me by email before sending the item back. ※If you have any questions about size, color, etc., please email me before purchasing.
