If you get damaged or broken product, please contact us at pleasetakecareofmecontact@gmail.com within 3 days after getting your order delivered to your address. In the email please include, your name, address you used for shipping and photo of broken or damaged product as a proof. After 3 days, no requests will be accepted. We will be happy to help you at pleasetakecareofmecontact@gmail.com as soon as possible, usually within few hours. Please note that we won’t be able to refund, exchange or cancel your order for any reason. We are not responsible for wrong addresses, name or any info given by customers if your order is out for delivery. If you have accidentally gave wrong address, we recommend you to contact Yamato courier service to change your address. After placing order After your payment is verified, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping. You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order has been shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 days, please contact us at pleasetakecareofmecontact@gmail.com.
