こちらは商品の再送をご希望の方専用のご案内ページです。 お荷物の保管切れやご住所のお間違い等で商品が返送された場合、再送料をお支払いいただきます。 レターパックにて再送させていただきますので、返送をご希望の場合はこちらの商品をご購入ください。 以下の場合、お荷物が返送されることがございます。 ◎荷物の保管切れ 　不在票の手続きをされず、保管期限切れになった場合 ◎住所の間違い 　登録住所の間違い、宛名の間違い等 返金をご希望の場合は銀行振込にて返金させていただきますので返金希望口座の銀行名、支店、普通口座番号、名義をご連絡下さい。返金金額は購入金額からシステム使用料、振込手数、送料を引いた金額になります。 こちらをのページにてお手続きされる際は必ず正しい住所に修正してください。 修正するご住所は『お客様情報』ではなく『配送先設定』になります。 【返送連絡のメッセージの一ヶ月以内にお支払いお願いします】 期限が切れましたらで再送をご希望されても対応出来ませんので必ず期限までにお支払い下さい。 This is a page for those who wish to have the product resent.
