筑前煮小鉢です。 日本食の定番、筑前煮です。 しっかりと味の染みた蓮根やにんじん、椎茸の表現にこだわりました。 蓮根は飾り切りをして花蓮根にしています。 電動のミニろくろを回して成形し、焼き上げて作り上げた小鉢に入った雰囲気満点の小鉢料理です。 写真の日本酒瓶とぐい呑みは付属品ではないのでご注意ください。 This is Chikuzenni that is one of traditional Japanese dishes. I committed the expression of cutting and coloring of ingredients. I made decorative cuts of lotus roots. The shape is flower. This small bowl is made using an electric mini potter’s wheel.
