The whole fabric has a three-dimensional feel and is lustrous and resilient. The dress has a round neckline, dolman sleeves, and short sleeves. It is gathered at the waist and has thin ribbons attached to both sides slightly above the waist, so it can be sized by tying it at the top or bottom. It can be worn alone in summer or with an inner layer for all seasons. A snood is also made by combining the same Oshima silk and another Oshima silk. The two different patterns on the front and back sides of the snood can be tied together in various ways to create an elegant design.
