•大島紬（伝統的工芸品） 職人が緻密に織り上げた、上品で繊細な紋様。布地ならではの柔らかな質感と落ち着いた色合いが、耳元に知的な華やぎを添えます。

Yakusugi—Tree inhabiting Yakushima, a World heritage site. It is called “A diamond of tree” because of the beautiful heathered grain. On account of harsh environment for growing plants, the density of grain is high, and a large amount of fats and oils which Yakusugi needs for adapting the climate of Yakushima make some unique heathered grains called “Toramoku”, “Awamoku”, and “Koumyoumoku”. Now, Yakusugi haven’t been cut down ever since Yakushima listed as a World Heritage Site. So It’s very valuable wood. The pronounce of Yakusugi is similar to “disaster is passed” in japanese, and the power and beauty made for many years are said to give happy energy to our daily life. I want you to pay attention the heathred grain unique to every products.
