We have prepared a few guidelines to make sure each piece reaches you with care and love. ■ About Purchase Quantity Each person can buy up to 2 of the same item per purchase. We hope this allows more people to find their own special piece. ■ About Custom Orders At this time, we cannot accept requests for specific colors or sizes, pre-orders for out-of-stock items, or changes to pins, keychains, or other formats. Each item’s eyebrows, beard, expression, and shape are slightly different. These small differences make each piece unique. We hope you enjoy finding “the one” that speaks to you. ■ About Reserving If you would like to purchase on a specific day, we can reserve an item for you. If we do not hear from you within one week of the reserved date, the reservation will be canceled and the item will be made available for sale again. Thank you for your understanding. ■ About Returns & Exchanges We cannot accept returns for personal reasons. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a full refund or exchange. Exchanges may not be possible if materials are out of stock or if the product has been discontinued. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item if there is any issue. ■ About Repairs For damage other than initial defects, repairs may be possible. In such cases, shipping costs are shared equally between us. ■ Official Sales Merrily Farm products are only officially sold on our minne store. We cannot respond to issues with items purchased from other shops. ■ Lastly Although our shop name includes “Farm,” we do not live with dogs, sheep, or other animals.
